Design for parts and injection molds are analyzed using our CAE moldflow programs.  This advanced process offers a multitude of benefits.  It will help determine processing conditions, injection points and weld lines, giving us hard facts for better overall part quality and superior mold design.

Complete Mold-making Facility
The quality of mold-making at Fu-tek is assured through our complete facilities.  Fu-tek's CAD/CAM/CAE controlled system is fully integrated with all CNC equipment including our shop floor machinery.  This offers more precision and faster turn-around time than ever before by using lights-out operation.

But the real difference in quality at Fu-tek is the years of experience in moldmaking.  The accuracy of each mold is carefully monitored by skilled craftsmen.

In fact, some molds we make at Fu-tek are guaranteed for the life of the product.  That means as long as we produce and one of our sister companies runs the mold your first cost may be your only cost.  Some restrictions apply of course including abrasive materials and engineering changes.
