The History of Denver Plastics -
Hudson,
Colorado division
The Company was founded in 1961 to
manufacture a line of highly automated
specialized machinery. After ten years of
continued success the company began to
diversify into the plastic business. As the
company grew, various divisions were
incorporated.
Today these Companies are Triad Fasteners,
Denver Plastics NE, Denver Plastics CO,
Merrick Machine Company, Fu-Tek Tooling and
Triad Products. Triad Products produces a
variety of proprietary products for the
packaging, irrigation and building
industries. Merrick Machine continues to
produce highly automated specialized
equipment for the construction trades.
Denver Plastics CO, Denver Plastic NE and
Triad Fasteners produces custom molded
products utilizing niche processes like gas
assist, over molding, insert molding, soft
touch molding, fabric over molding and value
added secondary operations such as
decorating, sonic welding, and assembly.
Fu-Tek Tooling produces injection molds for
the molding divisions as well as other
direct OEM accounts. Our products are used
in both domestic as well as international
markets serving automotive, recreational,
medical, plumbing, manufacturing and
agriculture industries.
Our Companies’ history is impeccable with
nearly 40 years of sustained growth and
